As far as getting the fuel door open goes you need to remove the panel behind the lower tail lights on the passenger's side of the car. If you look along side the quarter panel you will see an emergency release ring, pull it back toward the rear of the car and it will release the lock on the fuel door. At least that is how it works on an 850.
